- I just wanted to pass along my favorite dish. It is very easy
- to make. It consists of: 10 oz. shrimp, 1/2 cup diced onion, 1/2 cup
- diced tomato, 1/2 cup diced green or red or my favorite yellow pepper, 1
- Tbs. black pepper, 1-3 Tbs. Paprika, salt to taste, 1 Tbs. garlic. OK I
- think that everything. OOPs, I almost forgot the white wine.
- First you peal and clean the shrimp. Second. Heat a saute pan over
- med-high heat and add a little olive oil. Third. Toss in the shrimp and
- count to 10, then add onion, garlic, and bell pepper and count to 10,
- then add a splash of wine, finally add the tomatoes and spices. You
- should keep tossing ingrediants continously. Let it cook for no more
- than 4 min. It's done. Serve over Cous Cous. If you need to open your
- sinuses use 3 Tbs. paprika.
